Tips:

-          Blot your pizza slice with a napkin, cutting out as much as 100 calories by getting rid of that excess oil!

-          Feeling peckish? I snack on 2 scrambled eggs with a drop of milk. I feel so satisfied after!

-          Whole grains are so much better than the white crap.

-          Go out and buy fat-free vinaigrette for your salad, so tasty and without the guilt!

-          Water is your new best friend, drink however many bottles it takes you to curb those sugar cravings.

-          DICIPLINE. You won’t get anywhere eating all that junk.

-          However so what if you ate that muffin or that doughnut? It’s not going to make you gain 100 pounds, just keep everything in moderation.

-          But most of all, good luck, it’s gonna be hard, but so worth it, and have fun!
