- Water is your new best friend, drink however many bottles it takes you to curb those sugar cravings.
- DICIPLINE. You won’t get anywhere eating all that junk.
- However so what if you ate that muffin or that doughnut? It’s not going to make you gain 100 pounds, just keep everything in moderation.
